Swansea Workers Club is currently hiring for the positions of Bistro Cashier and Bar/Café Service Staff. The club boasts fantastic in-house catering at Rawson’s Bistro and Café, a Cocktail Bar, Main Bar, Function Room, Gaming Room, TAB, and Keno facilities, as well as two grass bowling greens.

We are seeking a Permanent Part-Time Bistro Cashier, and Casual Café Service Staff to join our team. Ideal candidates should be well presented, friendly, and have excellent customer service skills. Prior food experience is preferred for the Bistro Cashier position, while Barista/Bar experience is advantageous for the Bar/Café Service Staff role. A current RSA is required, but if you don’t have it, the club can assist you in obtaining it.

The Bistro Cashier role is a permanent part-time position with 32-35 hours per week spread over 5 days. The Bar/Café Service staff position is casual, with morning/lunch and dinner shifts available. Candidates must have full Australian working rights and be over 18 years old.
